Honestly I never write reviews but I had to. I would go to all you can eat sushi all the time before the pandemic, especially this specific Kanda and I never had complaints. I went tonight for the first time since the pandemic, we ordered sushi and they were missing half of our rolls, and it took excessively long to get our food. We were barely there an hour and a half, and we were constantly ordering food, but they acted like they wanted us to leave. We ordered a bunch of the food (not sushi) and they didn’t bring most of our plates. When we asked if the rest of the food was coming, they brought us one SINGULAR shrimp on a plate. ONE SHRIMP. We were a family of 5. The waiters hated their lives and were rushing us out and basically told us we can order more shrimp “if we want.” Literally awful service and not to mention there was no air conditioning. DON’T GO HERE.

It used to be great before the pandemic. But they clearly had to change the whole staff because when we went today, waiters were unfriendly and rude. We had my toddler and I asked for a spoon for her and the waiter wasn't happy about that. There was an insect in my drink and I asked nicely if I could get another one and the waiter sighed like it was too much. I am sorry if I don't like bugs in my bubble tea . The food wasn't even warm and we didn't receive everything we ordered. It was overall a very bad experience. You would think that they would be happy to finally be able to have customers again, but clearly that wasn't the case. For the price, find yourself another sushi place. It's not worth it.

The concept is very interesting, all you can eat with a catch: you have to pay 1.5 for every piece you ordered and didn't eat. The orders are made with a tablet that they leave you on the table. The sushi pieces are good, but too big and given how the system works I think I'd rather have smaller pieces of different types. The General Tao is very good. All in all a very good place to go with reasonable prices
