Had an amazing dining experience at Kang’s Kitchen. The seafood jjamppong was packed with flavor, loaded with fresh seafood, and had the perfect spicy kick. The cheese tteokbokki was equally delicious, with soft rice cakes coated in a rich, savory sauce and topped with melted cheese that made every bite satisfying. The side dishes were fresh and complemented the meal perfectly. The food tasted authentic, the portions were generous, and the presentation was excellent. The cozy atmosphere and friendly service made the experience even better. If you’re looking for authentic Korean food in Colombo, Kang’s Kitchen is definitely a place worth visiting. total bill was Rs11.500 Got the chicken wings, fried prawns, steamed chicken dumplings and pan fried chicken dumplings and 2 cokes All were 6 pieces each. They also give complimentary kimchi! For me personally it was just a little bit overpriced as these were mainly starters and the cheaper options. the chicken wings were super yummy in the classic korean style and so were the prawns The dumpling stuffing wasn’t super flavourful unfortunately It was generally a little bit too oily for my taste but we did also get mainly fried food. I previously ordered on uber eats the black bean noodles (around 3000rs) and it was very yummy and a good portion! It had a sweet taste to it. Unfortunately the opening/closing times of the place are kind of weird and when we came at 2:15/2:30 (near the closing time) they didn’t seem super happy to have customers . Fair, but for the price of this place i was expecting the atmosphere and service to be a little better, sorry. But they were still very nice! Overall, i cant say to how authentic the place is but i recommend trying more traditionally korean dishes like the black bean noodles as that’s their strong suit. I think getting dumplings and things you can find at other restaurants is a waste of money. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: Rs 5,000–6,000 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Super yummy food, staff is very kind and they kept checking in on us if everything was good. Only the atmosphere could use some more love, less bright lights could be a good start. Good value for your hard earned money. Big recommend! Very tutti. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: Rs 3,000–4,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Vegetarian options: Yes. Even vegan option was available.
