Kansha Creamery is a local ice cream shop with mainly Japanese-inspired flavors and has some of, if not the best ice cream I've ever had! All of their ice cream is handmade and so quantities are limited so definitely stop by early in the day or you risk your favorite flavors running out. Parking can sometimes be tricky as the lot is not too big and the plaza can be crowded since the surrounding businesses are popular as well. Like mentioned earlier, the ice cream is perfection here with a smooth, creamy consistency that isn't too sweet or overpowering. The use of natural ingredients in their ice cream prevent an artificial taste that many other ice creams sometimes have. We had the Ichigo milk (strawberry milk) and Houjicha kinako (roasted green tea and soy bean powder) which were definitely some of my favorite flavors. The Ichigo milk tasted exactly as you'd want it to taste with a creamy milky natural strawberry flavor without an artificial aftertaste. The soy bean powder and roasted green tea flavors complemented each other perfectly to enhance the deep roasty flavor in the Houjicha kinako. We didn't have the matcha flavor today but you can never go wrong with it and it's probably the best matcha ice cream I've ever had. The menu is also constantly rotating so I'll definitely have to stop by again before they disappear! Kansha is a Gardena must-try and I always recommend it to everyone that is in the area!
