Had a wonderful dining experience. From the reception counter to the service, everything was excellent. The staff were attentive and welcoming. The food was delicious, well-prepared, and served promptly. The overall service were impressive, making the experience enjoyable from start to finish. The biggest letdown is the attitude of the cash counter staff. They come across as uninterested, unwelcoming, and behave as if customers are there to ask for favors rather than to pay for a service. This creates a poor first and last impression. Ironically, the food-serving staff are warm, polite, and genuinely helpful, which only makes the contrast more obvious. Management seriously needs to address the behavior at the counter. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
