Horrible behavior on the part of the security of this establishment. It was a closed event (a child’s birthday), we discussed all the conditions with the manager, and paid extra for the service. As a result, with an empty hall (our company and 2 women), the security guard managed to bring the matter to two scandals. They just started harassing us: gathering tables, snorting, touching us, provoking us. Apparently they were tired, but other guests who arrived with a personal driver after we were kicked out were greeted as if they were deputies. The security guard rushed at my husband, took him out of the hall to sort things out, told me how to behave, he was very interested in the question “is my husband a man?” They said that “they will find us tomorrow and sort it out.” It was inappropriate to talk to those two women at all! The sound guy couldn’t turn on the music for two hours, then he brought some woman to his workplace for our party (she said she was a guest). And all this for an ADDITIONAL PAYMENT! Every time we celebrate holidays with you, and every time the same song: food, waiters, managers - everything is on the level. But as long as you have people working for you who speak Russian with difficulty and who provoke instead of protect, you will have to call the authorities every evening, tearing them away from more important matters. If you decide to apologize or compensate (which would be logical, since we paid in full and 10% for the service that ruined our holiday), the spoiled holiday room was saved when booking. At a minimum, a complaint will be sent with a subsequent check of the citizen’s documents. Moreover, I asked the waiter in a humane way: “Should we leave so that they don’t smoke us out?” The holiday was dedicated to the child, and in the end we were offered to “TAKE IT TO ANOTHER ROOM ALONE”!!!!! Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

When you enter, you find yourself in the past. Interior and atmosphere of the 90s. At the entrance they will tell you that they don’t allow you to wear sneakers, but you can pay 2000 and they will still let you in. They also say at the entrance - a deposit of 4000. When you entered, handed over your things to the cloakroom, paid 2000 for entry in sneakers - they tell you: the karaoke is busy, but there is a small room. You walk in and it’s empty. But here the waiter is already talking about a deposit of 6000 we are ready to spend more, it’s just the fact that makes us laugh. There is no paper menu. While it was loading online, they asked me to bring beer. Waiter: there is only the crown, the rest is over (on the calendar it is Saturday, 20.00). Ok, bring the crown, 5 minutes pass, he comes - there is no crown either. Let's have wine - there are no bottles, only different ones we decide to leave this establishment, we have to stand and explain that the deposit will be returned, since we want to eat and drink, but they don’t give us anything - there is nothing))) with grief we returned everything. But the place is extremely creepy. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
