Hi worst ever experience. We waited to be served after asking the lady at the till numerous times.But nobody attended to us , it was about 12h20 around there.We had items put aside at the till that we wanted to purchase.I told her that we will be seated upstairs and waited for service. The lady said in the meantime she would wrap our items that we were going to buy . After a long while there was still nobody to serve us .We got up went to the lady at the till and told her we are leaving as we are not being served. She replied in a rude tone that it's ok as they are anyway closing soon .I'm shocked at the level of bad service .I have never been to Kariba ranch and will never go back there , because of the way I was treated. Your Google advert shows that you close at 16h00 on Saturday.I came all the way from Vanderbijlpark. Not good from your rude Kariba Ranch employees. They could have told us from the beginning that they are not serving people anymore Gerda
