Buena comida, faltaría un menú en ingles, pero vaya todo lo que pedimos estaba riquísimo. Si vais seguro que coméis muy bien. Dumplings de distintos tipos, varia según el día, todo casero. Gracias. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¥2,000–3,000

this place was sooooo good we had the drunken shrimp which was very french and bouncy, some very tasty dumplings (ma po tofu dumpling may be spicy for some people), and stir-fried vegetables. everything is made on the spot so we waited a while to get our food but it was seriously so worth it. it felt like fine dining at a family home. the owner was also so lovely and friendly. our group is singaporean and we thought it was better than the chinese food in singapore!!! i think its cash only and reservation is almost a must (had to use broken japanese and chinese) Price per person: ¥4,000–5,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Beppu isn’t the most beautiful city, but Karin is a wonderful place. The dumplings inspired by Chinese cuisine are the tastiest and the owner makes you feel like you are visiting family. We were lucky enough that we could ask her to cook what she wants to, and so if you can, you should leave space to her cooking creativity and generosity.
