We went for dinner with a friend at around 17:00 on 08.05.2024. 1. A fly came out of the salad. We were sitting in the garden area, open air, we thought maybe. I told the waiter, but he didn't say sorry, anyway, he brought a new salad. 2. We ordered cubed pita. When I bit the third slice of pita, a hard object hit my tooth. When I took it out and looked at it, a piece of bone came out. I called the other waiter and showed him the bone. The waiter apologized. My teeth were aching and normally a person cannot be expected to eat that pita anyway. I stated that I couldn't eat the pita and that my teeth hurt. The friend next to me left the pita and food and I asked them to take the pita. The waiter took the pitas away. Thanks to the waiter, he said he could have something else done, but I was not in a position to eat anything because my teeth were hurting. Later, after paying the bill, I explained the situation to the officer who took the bill at the cash register. There was a fly in your salad and a bone in your pita, we couldn't eat it and asked the waiter to remove it. I expected at least a polite invitation from the officer there, such as, "We're very sorry, your meal was half-finished, you couldn't eat it, let's refund your money or offer you another meal," but unfortunately, the officer didn't even bother. I wasn't going to get my money back or eat anyway, but I really wanted to be treated like a human. Customer satisfaction cannot be achieved this way. When I came to this establishment before, I had a negative experience with the food. At that time, when I conveyed the situation to the waiter, he said that this is the way we live, you have no taste. Unfortunately, customer sensitivity is not taken into consideration. For me, this business is now over. I don't think I'll go again. I hope they will be a little more sensitive. The place and the park it is in are beautiful, I hope they appreciate it...
