Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that we couldn´t live up to your expectations today. When it comes to our range of gluten free food/ pastries we are not a gluten free café. We are not able to have a separate counter for gluten free things. Although we have people in our staff with celiac disease and they have taught us how to handle the gluten-free pastries in the best way possible for us. We try our best. Luckily 99% of our costumers with gluten intolerance are able to eat what we serve. Since you seem so be very sensitive I would really like to recommend you to visit Kullagårdens gluten free bakery/ restaurant/ café in Veddige north of Varberg. It´s a really wonderful place where no gluten at all is allowed :)When it comes to the coffee there is a really high pressure on cafés and restaurants in Varberg at the moment. Today was exceptionell! We don´t like it either when it takes so long to serve our customers coffee but today the amount of people who ordered coffee from our espresso machine was higher than ever. We apologize for your waiting time. We told most people at the desk about the waiting time but unfortunately they must have missed to tell you. We always work at the highest possible speed in the coffee bar and are really sorry it wasn´t enough for you. I wish you a pleasant continued stay in Varberg!!
