“Castal Font” is like a hospitable tavern in the middle of southern nature, like an oasis in the hot summer. For those who love outdoor recreation, this place is just a godsend. You are greeted by friendly, competently trained staff, ready to answer your questions about the menu and portions (special thanks to the waiter Christina). We chose a table in one of the gazebos. They stand at a distance, the guests do not interfere with each other. There were fresh flowers on the table) Moderate waiting time for food. Now let’s note the work of the kitchen: the cooks definitely take a responsible approach to their work. Despite the rather simple presentation of the dishes, the quality and taste of the food is excellent. Pork neck kebab: There were some minor inclusions of connective tissue, but the meat was mostly tender and juicy. The grilled champignons are delicious, the marinade and spices are well chosen. A big plus is that they can be ordered individually. The trout is fresh, perfectly baked on coals: with a crispy crust and juicy inside. Horiatiques potatoes are slices with skin, which are given an unusual and pleasant taste by feta cheese and oregano. The bread was made from Greek pita: unleavened in taste, with herbs and olive oil, good with meat or salads. Seasonal lemonade (raspberry-cherry) is a pleasant combination of berries, very refreshing, not sweet. You can add sugar if you wish, but we liked the original presentation. The establishment's price segment is slightly above average, but the quality of food and service corresponds to the classification of restaurants. I definitely recommend visiting this restaurant, we will be happy to come back here again. P.S. I would like to see more sauces on the menu.
