Food is served too late. Even though there were about 30% of customers in the store and 4 employees (2 kitchens, 2 halls), it took 20 minutes for the signature product, Katsudon, to come out. . . It seemed like they were prioritizing take-out orders when cooking, but they were also talking a lot, leaving customers eating and drinking in the restaurant alone. The clerk's friendliness isn't bad, but I think they probably don't realize that the delivery time is significantly delayed. It's no longer fast food, and the infamous one-off beef bowl restaurant is still fast. If you're in a hurry and just want to have a quick bite, it's best not to go. Also, while the taste of the cutlet itself and the soup stock made in-store are still delicious, the cooking techniques, such as how to prepare the eggs, have become more amateurish than before. It's a shame because I used to think it was a good store. I hope that other katsuya can maintain the quality.
