My first visit to 3rd Street Market Hall was this ramen joint. I ordered the Yuzu chicken ramen — it was perfectly fine for the price point. Perhaps the food experience was hampered by my desire to dine outdoors in 15⁰ wind chill to eat COVID cautiously. The noodles and other toppings were separated from the broth upon takeout so they wouldn't get soggy, and the flavor eventually appreciated when I mixed everything in. (Less chicken than I was expecting, but the eggs were cooked just right to make me feel full of protein!) With the provided soy sauce packets it was salted to my expectations, but it wasn't anything terribly mind-blowing. For cons and events it's more than serviceable for keeping you on your feet! Next time, if I return, I'll try something on their menu with more oomph. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
