It's great to have a coffee shop in the Wheaton Rec Center / Library selling fresh coffee, tea, cakes, sandwiches etc. This eatery serves delicious, freshly brewed, authentic Ethiopian coffee at an affordable price. Their pastries and sandwiches are 'on-point' and the service is always friendly. We can work/ study/ play at the library & rec for longer periods knowing that such a delicious & affordable lunch option is already in the building. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is located in a lovely community service. Margie (hope I got her name right) is doing an excellent job with a friendly smile even though she had to serve many visitors in a row working non-stop. The daughter of the owners was the one who helped me and she was one of the most pleasant people you can possibly encounter. A cheerful disposition and a positive attitude made for a delightful interaction. She also made my drink with care and it was a very tasty Mocha indeed! I had the apple and vanilla custard pastry and it paired with the coffee drink perfectly! If you are looking to get away from the big name coffee shops, give Kefa Cafe a shot you won’t regret it!
