I order a cheeseburger with cheddar cheese and fries for a takeout order. When I got home. I noticed that they put swiss cheese on my burger. I can't stand Swiss cheese. It's disgusting. I called and told the guy who answered the phone. He also took my order. When I called the first time to place my order. I told him that Swiss cheese on my Burger when I asked for cheddar, he said you did not ask for cheddar you asked for Swiss. I said I did not I don't like swiss cheese. He said again you said swiss cheese. I said I have never asked for swiss cheese in my entire life I said cheddar cheese. At this point I was getting mad because he wouldnt stop arguing with me. I asked him when the owners are in so I can call them. He wouldn't tell me. Then he said go ahead and call the owners. They won't do anything about it anyway. It will just be a waste of your time. I won't ever go back there again and I will spread the word on how awful this place is. I also told the guy I came from Fredonia to get the food for it to be wrong. His response was who cares. He is so rude and this place doesn't care about the customers. Unfortunately the burger I paid for went in the garbage. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
