My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Ken Stewart Lodge last night! We were there to celebrate our 45th Wedding Anniversary. Upon arrival, the hostess greeted us with a “Happy Anniversary,” which was very kind of her. Then, once our wonderful server, Rachel, stopped by to greet us, she also said, “Happy Anniversary.” That was so nice to hear that they really cared about making our special occasion special! My husband enjoyed his Oysters for his appetizer. I got the filet mignon and my husband got the three filets with different sauces, along with an added 8 ounce lobster tail, that was AMAZING! He loved the asparagus too. We loved the delicious bread, our yummy salads, our amazing meals, and the wonderful cheesecake for dessert. The sparkler was cute in the cheesecake to celebrate our special occasion. We plan to come back soon to celebrate another occasion with our family. We had an memorable night Ken Stewart's Lodge in Bath, Ohio! From the moment we sat down the service was impeccable. Our waiters was very quick, knew ALL the specials by heart, was funny, recommended great drinks, and her brother was helping here also. They made a great team! The drinks we ordered made perfectly. We had a larger group so we were placed in the back room which was very nice. Had a fire place and plenty of room. We stated with the Seafood Towers (the best seafood tower I have had at any restaurant), Truffle Fries (heavenly tasting), the Sushi on Specials (I wish I could remember what it was, it tasted great), and the stuffed peppers (they hit the spot). For dinner I tried the some of the Porter House Steak and the Ribeye. Both were cooked perfection. The Ribeye was my favorite of the two. I also had on the side the Roasted Fingerling Potatoes Cooked in Duck Fat (I could eat a who pound of these, it tasted amazing), The Broccoli, Brussel Sprout, and Spinach were good also! We had to end it with the dessert. We had the S'mores (they bring it out on a severing tray with a small fire to make your own s'mores at the table with tongs and everything!), Ken's Peanut Butter Bomb (this was THE BOMB), a Affogato (Was the perfect kick of caffeine I needed), and the Creme Brulee. Overall we all had a great dinner and will be coming back once again! I highly recommend coming here!
