Extremely disappointing experience with Kesari Woodlea. I ordered food for delivery and honestly expected much better quality for the price I paid. The food arrived, but unfortunately it did not taste fresh at all. The dal had a very strange and unpleasant smell, to the point where I didn’t even feel comfortable eating it. When you order dal from an Indian restaurant, you expect it to be fresh, warm and comforting, but this was the complete opposite. The naans were unbelievably hard and chewy. They were so tough that even tearing and chewing them properly was difficult. It felt like they had been sitting around for a long time rather than being freshly prepared for the order. The paan was probably the worst part. The taste was absolutely horrible and I couldn’t finish it. After an already disappointing meal, I was hoping at least the paan would be enjoyable, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case either. Overall, I spent around $40–60 per person, and the quality simply did not justify the price. When customers are paying this much for a meal, there should be proper attention given to freshness, preparation and consistency. This wasn’t just one item that I didn’t personally like — multiple items in the same order were disappointing, which made the entire experience frustrating. Most of the food ended up being something I couldn’t properly enjoy. I really hope the restaurant improves its quality control for delivery orders because customers shouldn’t receive food in this condition. Unfortunately, based on the order I received, I would not order from here again or recommend it to others. Food: 1 Service: 1 Order type: Delivery Price per person: $40–60
