Had a lot of food from Ketchup Mayo over the years and they have always seemed very solid until recently. Ordered a curry, wings, kids meal all amounting to €40 - Driver arrived and had no change so I was forced to give a €50 note if I wanted my food - When we actually laid the food, the curry was swimming in oil, the chicken was dry, it was all cold, and there was about 4 pieces of popcorn chicken in a popcorn chicken meal - don't think my dog would eat the food that was provided - Called to see if they could bring me my change, they said they would, but no sign of them - Won't be going back. Order type: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–20

Dear OwainI’m so sorry to hear about your recent experience with us, I sincerely apologise for what happened. The reason the food had gone cold was because we didn't had our usual dirver as he was off due to a health reasons.Since we were already behind on the orders hence we couldn't get to you intime. I am sure you know that it isn't the norm at ketchup Mayo kindly when you place the next order do mention this and we make sure that you get compensated for this mishap. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and we thank you in advance for your kind understanding. Yous sincerely Team Ketchup Mayo

Absolutly disgusting if it wasn't cooked it was cold,
They seriously need training in food preperation and cooking.
Hygine also seems to be a problem 5 staff behind the counter and not a glove or mask between them,
I wouldn't go in again if it was free.
