Hearty corn butter miso ramen! They have regular and large sizes but regular is already pretty big. Hope they offer smaller one next time. Dont skip the gyoza, it’s so juicy yet crispy outside. Went on a monday lunch time and there was not much line. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Keyaki is a proper Sapporo experience — as much for the queue as for the ramen. The line is absolutely freezing, so dress for it. And one important tip: make sure you grab your ticket/number first (before joining the queue), otherwise you can get firmly told off — and potentially even kicked out of the line — by the older lady running the system. Classic Japan: rules first, ramen second. Once you’re seated, though, it’s all worth it. The ramen arrives piping hot and genuinely delicious. The broth is deeply savoury, the chashu is generous and perfectly cooked, and the noodles have that ideal texture. The gyoza are a great bonus on the side too. Just don’t expect a leisurely meal. This is fast, efficient service — no lingering at the counter. As soon as you’re finished, you’re expected to give up your seat to the next person waiting. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
