Ordered a family feast through the drive-through and was really disappointed when I got home. The order was completely unbalanced — I received mostly breast pieces (11 in total), and only 1 thigh, 1 leg, and 2 wings. I also paid for 4 extra pieces, which just ended up being more breast again. A family meal should come with a proper mix, not almost all the same piece. Understand mistakes happen, especially when it’s busy, but this wasn’t what I paid for and made the meal pretty frustrating. Hoping for better quality control next time. We always have a great experience at this KFC. Every time we’ve ordered chicken, it has been fresh, crispy, and delicious. The quality has been consistently good, and you can really tell that care is taken in preparing the food. It’s great to have a KFC nearby that we can rely on for a tasty meal. Keep up the fantastic work! Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Absolutely Outstanding Service at KFC Cranbourne North! I had an amazing experience at KFC Cranbourne North recently and felt compelled to share it. The food was fresh, hot, and perfectly cooked – exactly what you want from a KFC visit. But what truly made the difference was the customer service. Manager Luke was incredible – professional, friendly, and genuinely invested in making sure every customer left happy. He went above and beyond to ensure our order was perfect and even checked in personally to see how everything was. You can really tell the team here takes pride in their work, and that leadership starts at the top. Big shoutout to Luke and the whole Cranbourne North crew – easily the best KFC experience I’ve had. Highly recommend! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
