Will not be back. The twister wasn't wrapped properly or grilled. I asked for BBQ sauce and got KFC sauce. The Zinger Drop popcorn chicken is barely coated and we ordered a gravy we didnt get. Our bad for not checking but these are EASY things to accomplish. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$10–20

There was only two employees working, so I understand it being busy and getting orders filled for the reason it taking so long. However, they older woman was trying her best to get things done and the younger guy working was moving so slow, she was literally carrying him. This location needs to hire more people during dinner rush. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$40–50

Yesterday I went in and to order popcorn chicken. It took almost 5 minutes before anyone took my order. After I ordered it took over 15 and I still didn't have my food. As a approached the counter to inquire about my food another guy came and said he was waiting over 20 minutes for his sandwich. Then we both asked our orders. The one that took my order asked what I ordered so I told her. She asked a coworker about it , I didn't hear what he answered. She then went to the freezer and pulled out popcorn chicken. At that point I said forget it, refund my money. So did the other guy. We both got refunds. I will never be back. Mary Brown's is a two minute walk away and better chicken anyway. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
