Service was ridiculous and lack of staff, the staff that were here were just mucking around and being immature, talking to friends who were not working. The state of the place inside and out, including the bathrooms and behind the counter were an absolute disgrace! Worst experience I have ever had at Gunnedah KFC! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$80–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a burger it was in the middle of lunch on a Sunday the 1st March at Gunnedah The bun was hard, like it had been left in the warmer way too long, the lettuce was brown. No manager in site. Every customer complained of long waits. The manager at no time appeared to take control of the situation. It's the manager who should be ensuring things are done correctly. I asked for another burger. I waited 15min and still no replacement burger. The other costumer standing at the counter for sick of waiting and asked to see the manager. The drive thru was clearly prioritised over walk in customers. I finally got sick of the how fiasco and left without my burger and $8 poorer and very frustrated. Something is critically wrong at KFC Gunnedah and it needs to be addressed by senior management at KFC head office. Price per person: A$1–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst KFC in Australia,took 25mins to get through with only 2 cars in front of me in the drive through are you serious.
