Truly the worst KFC I ever had in the world. It was so dry and overcooked that it had no flavor. I never knew if I was biting in a bone or a piece of crusted, dried out chicken. Inconvenience? I have nearly 60 years of experience enjoying KFC. And you expect me to contact you? Do your own homework! I am sure I am not nearly as angry as Colonel Sanders would have been. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₱500–1,000 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Len had absolutely no idea of what was going on. Coming from Australia, the menu was different so I wasn’t comfortable with using the self service machine which she told me to use. She initially told me to use the self service in which I advised her I required clarification on menu items which a self service doesn’t do. She basically was of no help sending me around a circle causing me more confusion with an inability to provide basic clarification around a simple order and apparently stating you can’t just get a piece of chicken alongside the shots combo meal and that I apparently also have to get the piece of chicken in another combo? I simply left - her laziness and lack of help put me off. Don’t bother coming here if you’re a foreigner. Service: 1
