Extremely, extremely, poor branch when it comes to preparing orders [Uber/Doordash] on time. What they will tell you regarding the preparation time is always a lie because it will easily take another 30 minutes of your time. Don't pick orders from here unless you don't have anywhere else to go.

My family and i orders a burger feast. 4 zinger burgers. Each burger was covered in mayo and was slipping out of your hand each bite. Our potato and gravy was burnt and you forgot my sauces. Terrible experience here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review but I am honestly sick of ringing KFC Shellharbour every time I get home and things are missing or poor quality. It’s actually a surprise if it tastes good to be honest. Every single time without fail they never include the sauces I always have to check and ask for them. This time I ordered delivery so obviously couldn’t check and like usual no sauces. It’s not rocket science to pack an order. The chips were soggy and no salt at all and the burgers had about two tiny pieces of lettuce and literally a tiny drop of mayo. Last time I ordered the potato and gravy literally had melted plastic and a massive hole in the side I feel like none of the staff actually care about food quality at all or they are severely understaffed either way always expect poor service. I won’t be getting it from here again. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
