The food is delicious, but the staff is terrible. We arrived an hour after opening, and the cook was not yet at work. There is only khinkali on the menu. Very irresponsible workers. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes: Хинкали

12/25/23 we were in this establishment. Everything was bad, to put it mildly, from the beginning to the very end. Firstly, the waiter was rude. From the listed range of juices, we chose orange juice. As a result, they brought us multifruit. When we asked the waiter why they brought us the wrong flavor of juice, he didn’t even try to correct anything and said “it’s orange,” after which he turned around and left. When asking about the time the khinkali were ready, the waiter turned to us with a grin and said, “I’m not a cook, I can’t know.” This is not an answer, you could say “I’ll check with the cook and come over.” As for the food, everything was not so bad, but it doesn’t deserve more than 2 stars. The borscht is disgusting, just red water and a bunch of greens that overpowers the taste of at least some other vegetables. Khinkali with lamb is not tasty, there is not enough meat and broth. The ones with pork were better, quite juicy. By the way, regarding khinkali, it is written that a serving is at least 5 pieces. In general, this is all clear, but why write how much the price is per piece for each taste and for some reason you can’t choose 5 khinkali of different tastes, this is also incomprehensible to us. I can give a high score for lula, the best thing we ate. The chicken kebab was terribly dry. Also, in the end, the waiter gave up on us and simply didn’t take the bill, although he wasn’t busy and just stood there staring around. The place is terrible and not even suitable for a quick snack on the road. It’s a pity we don’t know the waiter’s name, they need to be trained to communicate with people. Hamlo!
