VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE We ordered dinner, and my daughter picked up our order. Unfortunately, the mashed potatoes were horrible. They tasted extremely sour and clearly did not seem fresh or as though something was right with them. I called the restaurant and spoke with someone who initially told me that we could come back and they would replace the mashed potatoes. I explained that I was already on my way back home, out of town, but that my other daughter could stop by sometime next week to pick up the replacement. Shortly afterward, I received a call back from a lady who told me that, according to company policy, we would have to return the bad mashed potatoes in order to receive a replacement. I explained that I am not going to keep food that tastes spoiled or unsafe for several days just so I can bring it back to prove there was something wrong with it. That makes absolutely no sense, especially when the concern involves potentially spoiled food. At that point, I told her they could keep the money we paid for the mashed potatoes. My main concern was making the restaurant aware that something may be wrong with the food so that it is checked and not served to another customer. What disappointed me most was the way the situation was handled. I was not trying to get free food or take advantage of the restaurant. I simply reported a legitimate concern about the quality and possible safety of food we purchased. Unfortunately, what could have been handled with a simple apology and replacement turned into a very disappointing customer-service experience. I hope management takes both the food-quality concern and the way this complaint was handled seriously. Food: 1 Service: 1 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60

First time at Kick n' Chicken. When I drove up to the location, I was not expecting it to look like a dive. Well, that did not matter, the young man was nice, he was quick and told me how good the fried pickels are. And he was not wrong, food was delish and I cannot wait to go back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
