I had a wonderful dining experience at Botanica Restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. A big compliment to the talented chefs—Chef Asim, Chef Gulzar, Chef Fahad, and Chef Mito—for their excellent work. Every dish was flavorful and cooked to perfection. I would also like to recognize Engel, our waitress, for her warm smile, friendliness, and attentive service. She made us feel welcome and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our meal. A special thank you as well to Sir Ernie, the supervisor, for his professionalism and for making sure everything ran smoothly. His leadership and genuine care for the guests truly stood out. Thank you to the entire Botanica Restaurant team for providing such outstanding food and exceptional service. I highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to coming back again! Service: 5

This hotel is the best hotel I have ever been. The service is amazing , people are welcoming and attentive. The rooms are spacious and well-kept like new, and the design is modern yet luxurious and comforting. The gym is well equipped and the pool is big. Breakfast at Botánica is so good and service impeccable. It’s about as perfect as it can be Service: 5
