Worst customer service. Order our food and my son says he doesnt like the fried rice and he normally loves any fried rice we've gotten. I think this is the first time he's ever refused to eat it. The waitress never comes by to check on how everything was until the very end. I explain that my son didnt like the food and she just walks away and doesn't offer a solution at all. I ordered the beef thai salad and EVERY single piece of beef has a chunk of fat on it (in my experience, that is NOT the norm), served with a spoon (for some reason) and a single whole leaf of lettuce with 2 cucumber and 2 carrot sticks. I dont care to have to rip up the ONE piece of lettuce its served with by hand and im not sure what the point of the sticks were. It just makes it that much more of a hassle to eat when the lettuce alone was enough. Taste was fine. Fried rice was subpar. I've also never seen fried rice that was served with spinach and cherry tomatoes. But whatever. The staffs response (and initial lack thereof) to the meal was enough to make me never come back. Taste of Thailand Right in Bellevue – Kin Dee Soft Opening Review We had the pleasure of attending the soft opening of Kin Dee Bellevue, and what a treat it was! This new spot brings the heart and soul of Thai street food to the Pacific Northwest with incredible authenticity and flavor. From the very first bite, we felt transported straight to the bustling streets of Thailand. The crispy pork with crispy garlic was the highlight – perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and served with a spicy dipping sauce that added just the right kick. It’s a must-try! Every dish we ordered was delicious – bold, aromatic, and true to Thai street food roots. And the Thai desserts? A solid 10 stars! Beautifully presented and absolutely delightful. The service was outstanding – warm, attentive, and full of that unmistakable Thai smile that made us feel so welcome. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, clean, cozy, and inviting – a perfect setting for enjoying a flavorful meal. We’re so excited to have Kin Dee in Bellevue and will definitely be back.
