Coffee Kin I am a regular customer, and my recent visit was genuinely disappointing. Seating & Accessibility: Upon arrival, every table was either marked as reserved or had boxes and bags placed on it with no explanation given. There was no staff member to assist or clarify the situation. This creates an unwelcoming environment and gives the clear impression that walk-in customers are not valued. Service Quality: The overall service was cold and lacked basic hospitality. There was no proper greeting, no initiative from the staff, and the atmosphere felt indifferent toward customers. Staff Conduct: The staff member responsible for taking orders displayed a manner that I found dismissive and unprofessional. Front-facing employees represent the brand, and this interaction fell well below any acceptable standard. Final Note: If a regular customer walks away feeling ignored and undervalued, that is a serious problem — not a minor inconvenience. I used to love there iced matcha, but recently i can guarantee they changed the matcha powder or reciepe they use. its not the same and im sooo sad. It used to taste like matcha with a pinch of sweetness, but now its like im sipping on a syrup bottle. im really so so sad cause this used to be my favorite matcha drink in riyadh, why did you guys change?? please go back. I added pictures, the one in the box was 2 months ago, it was very green vibrant and actually tasted like matcha!! the quality was so good, now the color is like sewage water or mud water!! please please kin go back, if the owner reads this pls use the original matcha powder i need it back Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
