I've dined here several times and overall I must agree with other review that the service is DREADFUL. Last evening there were a total of 13 customers (4 Tables) some of whom were using a Groupon discount. It took the staff 20 minutes to serve some popadoms and take our order, 50 minutes to serve the starter and 1hr 25mins to serve the main course. If the staff are genuinely trying to give customers a good dining experience then they have failed miserably. I returned as I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt but nothing has changed.
In fairness the food is very good, albeit somewhat pricey for small portions. (It is certainly not low fat as described in their advertising)
Sadly I will not be returning to this restaurant despite it being conveniently close, as there are many excellent Asian restaurants nearby and in my view, all are better than Kinara.
