After having eaten at more than 1,000 Chinese restaurants in California where they claim similarity the food that I ordered delivered from here tops being one of the most disgusting. The ingredients are not fresh, the wok is not tempered, the food has an off taste smell and the portions are cheated. Failed my expectations.
