Incredible food, great ambiance. What a find! We were staying nearby in an Airbnb and booked out the supper club for our group. Such a great option, moderately priced, great portions, kind efficient people and delicious food. Recommend this to anyone, just gutted we’re only visiting or we’d be here every month! Unique dining experience Incredible flavours Warm and engaging atmosphere Kinori is a super secret Japanese restaurant tucked away at the Crimchard Business Centre, and it is something truly special. We booked back in December for a meal in March, and it was absolutely worth the wait. It is not your usual night out, it is an experience, and one that feels completely different to anything else in Chard We booked onto the ramen supper club and were treated to a beautifully prepared menu including steamed pork dumplings, a rich miso ramen with tender pork, egg and seaweed, plus a selection of sides like sushi rolls and pickled vegetables. Every dish was full of flavour and clearly made with care. What really stood out though was the way the evening was run. We arrived not knowing anyone, but through the stories and explanations behind the food, you quickly relax, chat and connect with the people around you. Chef Hideki Koike runs everything with calm confidence, and you feel in very safe hands trying things you may never have had before. With a menu that changes weekly, it is the kind of place that keeps you coming back to try something new A truly memorable experience that broadens your horizons. Highly recommended.
