A Simple Spot With Seriously Good Chinese Food I visited Kitchen Express Chinese in Dahab at night with a couple of friends for dinner. We started with the shrimp spring rolls, which were a very good appetizer. For the main course, I had chicken noodles and sweet & sour chicken, while my friends had teriyaki chicken. Everything was good, but the Kung Pao Duck was definitely the star of the meal. It came out piping hot and steaming, and it was incredibly flavorful—honestly one of the best Chinese dishes I’ve had. The setting is simple and quiet, with a somewhat authentic Chinese feel. The food took around 25–30 minutes to arrive, but the portions were generous and the prices were very reasonable. Overall, a very good experience and definitely a place I’d recommend if you’re craving Chinese food in Dahab. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
