We visited Kitchen Little on Father’s Day with a party of three to celebrate my husband. We arrived around 10:10 a.m. and were told the wait would be approximately 45 minutes. While that seemed long, we were willing to wait. Unfortunately, nearly two hours later, we still had not been seated. During that time, I checked in multiple times and was repeatedly told that we would be seated soon. We also observed several groups who arrived well after us being seated before us. As noon approached, we overheard a server telling another table that they needed to be ready to place their order because the restaurant closes at 1:00 p.m. After waiting almost two hours, we were frustrated, hungry, and concerned about how much time would remain to eat. When we finally checked again around noon, we were told we were next, but by that point we had lost confidence in the wait estimates and decided to leave without dining. It was a very disappointing Father’s Day experience. We had been looking forward to celebrating together and were understanding of holiday crowds, but being quoted a 45-minute wait and ultimately waiting nearly two hours without being seated was unacceptable.

**BEWARE OF HOST** host made next to zero effort to announce my party’s name and skipped over us despite us being directly beneath in the waiting area. Instead of checking for our party, the host said that he “thought we went for a walk”, leaving us waiting an extra 30 minutes until I asked again. I highly recommend waiting up top until they can figure out how to properly announce names. When seated we were told our food would be right out repeatedly, and it kept not materializing. Overall from arrival until we received our food was over an hour and a half. The food and our service from our waitress was good however the overall restaurant experience was poor, plan your day accordingly if you want to come here. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Food was absolutely scrumptious. My wife had the surf and turf Eggs Benedict while I had the Portuguese Eggs Benedict. She had hers with home fries while I had mine with jalapeno infused hash browns, ( which were spicy and very tasty). The server ( I'm sorry I forgot her name ), was very personable and efficient. Felt it was a little pricey at $65 for those items plus coffees and a juice, but I felt it was still worth it because it was nice sized portions and absolutely delicious.
