I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent visit to your premises. During our visit, my daughter vomited on the floor due to something from the dessert getting stuck in her throat. She was not sick. I requested assistance and additional napkins from the staff; however, no one helped us. Only two napkins were available for public use, which was clearly insufficient for the situation. I then went to the toilets to clean my daughter, and they were in very poor condition. They appeared not to have been cleaned properly, and there were no paper towels or hand dryers available to dry hands after washing. This experience was distressing, especially while caring for a child, and it did not meet basic standards of hygiene or customer service. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues to prevent similar situations in the future. Price per person: NZ$30–40 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hi, sorry to hear your bad review. We cleaned the floor immediately.Also thorough disinfection was carried out to prevent any spread of possible virus. You don’t need to clean it because it is the work of our staff who can do it professionally. The other customers left the shop immediately after seeing your daughter vomit on the floor. Other s don’t know if your daughter was sick or not so please understand other customers and our staff, thank you so much. In addition, the bathroom is cleaned every day and also cleaned thoroughly after you used it. There is no tissue paper in the bathroom due to no more supplies from our supplier recently. The new tissue paper should be delivered tomorrow. Thanks for your visit and please support us in the future. Thanks a lot.

Disappointed that the owner would not honour my son's $10 voucher. We had started to get our ice cream and proceeded to put toppings on only for the owner to ask if we had a voucher which we said yes and showed him. He told us that they don't accept these as they are new owners that have taken over. There was no expiry on this voucher, and no signage to say they are new owners and don't accept any previous vouchers. I explained this to him and asked if he would honour it, he proceeded to weigh our ice cream and the sherbet that was on it, and then asked if I wanted the voucher back, in which I said no as it had no use. He then threw the ice cream in the bin. Sugar has definitely left a bad taste in my mouth! Service: 1
