Dear Veronika, It is a pity that our food did not meet your expectations but as taste is subjective, it is difficult to have any useful discussion when the feedback is not constructive. Our team also tried our best to accommodate your last minute dietary preferences as much as possible, even though our reservation system clearly asks for any dietary restrictions or preferences of your group beforehand. If by pretentious you mean that our menu is priced at 105 €, then maybe this is not the restaurant for you. We take great pride in sourcing our ingredients from local and/or organic farmers in a sustainable manner, and to serve our dishes in an uncomplicated and relaxed atmosphere. Clearly, this was not the dining experience you had imagined and this was a case of misplaced expectations.
