For the amount I spent this place was terrible. The steak was nice but just looked like it was tossed on top of a bunch of frozen vegetables that weren't really seasoned or cooked very well. The ribs were the biggest disappointment. Opted for the mains vs the starter and it turns out you're paying 2.6x more and you're only getting a double portion with some chips and coleslaw. I kept finding random bits of bone within the meat which made the entire meal unpleasant. The bbq sauce on the ribs were an odd flavour also so just overall not a great experience. The service was great and the restaurant seemed clean and bright on the upside. Wouldn't really recommend Dietary restrictions: Food is halal. Service is slow, sizzlers are nasty and always extremely hot for way too long, steak is always over cooked even when sent back. Not as good as Leicester branch. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

My recent experience at Kobe Sizzlers in Birmingham left much to be desired. Once a beloved dining spot, it's clear that the restaurant has lost its way. Customer service was virtually nonexistent. The staff seemed disinterested and indifferent, failing to provide even basic attention to diners. To make matters worse, it appears the manager's judgment is clouded by personal interests rather than the restaurant's success. This lack of professionalism is concerning. Overall, my visit was extremely unpleasant. The food lacked its former appeal, and the atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming. Regrettably, I won't be returning to Kobe Sizzlers Birmingham. I'll stick to the Leicester branch, where I hope to find the quality and service I once enjoyed. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
