La comida estuvo excelente, nos sentamos en la barra y nos atendió un señor que se llama Francisco, nos atendió muy bien y nos daba recomendaciones del menú. My trip to Kobe Sushi Bar is pretty easy to sum up...We were hungry, saw this place, and BAM, we pulled in and gave it a go. My girlfriend and I came in blind, but thanks to the urge to have some sushi this place was conveniently located right next to the Goodwill we went thrifting at. The price for the all you can eat is about $25 which is definitely a little steeper then some of the other places lunch specials, but you do get a pretty huge selection to choose from. The only downside to my visit to Kobe was the wait times, sadly this place was pretty understaffed when we went but you can't really blame them for that, the employees who were working were awesome and I tip my hat to them for holding down the fort. The all you can eat menu features every kind of sushi roll you could think of, as well as appetizers, soup, and various other things to fill up your belly when you are here. This is what I tried! Calamari Tempura Roll- One of my go-to sushi rolls, these rolls were pretty large and covered in a tasty eel sauce, big thumbs up on this roll. Softshell Crab- I didn't dislike the softshell crab, but the breading here just didn't have much flavour to along with the crab. Best I can say about this is that it was okay. Ika Geso (Deep Fried Calamari Leg)- Similar to the softshell crab, the breading here just didn't have much flavour and left something to be desired. Royal Philadelphia- I was a big fan of this roll. These large deep fried pieces were covered in eel sauce. Vanilla Mochi- Pretty standard mochi although it's cut and served in pieces, either way, it was pretty good. I did sample a few more rolls that my girlfriend ordered but I can't remember which ones exactly, either way I was mostly a fan of the rolls, but not so much of the appetizers that I ordered on the side. Overall, Kobe Sushi Bar is a solid place to get some sushi, but it wouldn't be a top three in Las Vegas for me. If you do live in the area, this is a solid place to stop and grab lunch although the price is still a little on the higher side.
