I want to share that I had a great experience today with this location and particularly with Tony, the manager. Sometime back I made an online order at another location south and they call me to tell me that my order could not get fulfilled. They said they were going to refund me. That didn’t happen. Today I came to talk to the manager at the Conroe location and he took my order number, fix the issue with refund in less than 5min and apologized for the inconvenience plus gave some extra treats. He gave me a very sincere apology and was really nice. Probably one of the best manager and customer treatment I have received at a fast food location ever. 100% recommended this location and this people. If you ever have any complaints here or The Woodlands, reach out to Tony. He cares about his business and will put us, the client, first. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $30–40 Parking space: Plenty of parking

My wife loves the BBQ Brisket kolache, so every time I'm in the area I stop by because of this. I like the Kolache Factory because there's a large selection and the quality and taste is very consistent. My go to is the bacon egg and cheese Kolache as well as the sausage egg and cheese Kolache. I like that you get a lot of eggs and meat and the taste is really good too. Upon entry last Monday I i was greeted and since I had walked in right as they opened every Kolache was available. I got my go to kolaches that I aforementioned and a few BBQ Brisket kolaches. Those are really good and can run out quickly at this spot the meat is tender and has a nice rich and robust flavor to it. I thought about getting a dessert kolache but perhaps next time. I definitely recommend this Kolache Factory because the service is good and quick. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
