For masochists only. Waiter repeatedly misinformed us about waiting time for Billard: we arrive 6.46pm and are told five ahead of us to play billard. 5+ groups start playing in next 60minutes. 7.46pm we ask again, how many ahead of us. Still 3. Strange mathematics. 3 more groups start playing in next 30 minutes. We ask again: Still 3 ahead of us. Something is very wrong in this place. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

One of the worst service in Vienna. We went with my friend to play some billiard. As needed, we went upstairs to put ourself in the "queue" to play (they give you a device which calls you when it is your turn). The guy told us there is not that much waiting time so we decided to go downstairs to grab a drink at the bar. After having to deal with a moody waiter, we finally got our drinks and we sat at a table to enjoy those and wait for our turn. After 1 hour, we were a bit surprised that we haven't been called yet so we went upstairs to see if everything was normal. We discovered that our device was not functionning (apparently they called us many times but because it was not activated, they gave our table to other people). We were a bit annoyed but we decided to take another device, with the promise that we were next on the line. We also decided to go upstairs to have a clear view on what is happening. Not long after (like 10 min), we saw that a table was free so we started preparing to be called. Then we saw that the waiter called his friend to play on this table (the waiter was following his own agenda). We went to protest and the only answer given was "I called you but you were not answering" (which is false because we were 5 m away from counter with the device not beeping and all eyes on the counter). So we decided to leave. It is sad to see that this place decided to close eyes and not care about customer treatment. Honestly, there are plenty of places where to play billiard in Vienna. If you want to save your time, your energy and not deal with terrible lying waiters, you should definitely look for another place. This one is definitely not worth it. I came here with my friendswe ordered 2 Maitais and one Long Island iced tea, we got our order with absolutely no alcoholit was pretty expensive for a little coke and two little glasses of pineapple juice. Oh and bring along some cash, we were informed that today is no card paymentsof course after we got our order. The tables are nice tho. Clean and cool.
