I don’t usually write reviews, but when I do, it’s because the food is truly exceptional—and Kore’de in Kadıköy is one of those places I’m proud to recommend! As an Asian living in Türkiye, finding authentic Asian flavors can be quite a challenge. But Kore’de takes me right back to the tastes I grew up with. The bibimbap is a standout—it’s rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. Although I’m not Korean, I’ve been lucky to enjoy authentic Korean dishes in my home country, where we have a strong Korean community. Kore’de’s bibimbap captures that same authentic taste. The gochujang sauce is spot-on, and the generous serving size makes it even better. The bulgogi kimbap is another highlight for me. The hint of sesame oil gives it the perfect kick, something I’ve rarely found in other Korean restaurants here. It’s a small detail, but it makes a big difference in achieving that genuine Korean flavor. And let’s talk about the cheese tteokbokki—absolutely delicious! While the rice cakes could be slightly firmer to add more texture, they’re still wonderfully chewy, and the sauce is incredible. Honestly, the sauce alone is worth coming back for. On top of the amazing food, the customer service at Kore’de is superb! The staff is warm, welcoming, and attentive, which makes the whole experience even better. Kore’de has nailed authentic Korean cuisine, and their friendly service is the cherry on top. I can’t wait to return for more. If you’re craving real Korean food, this is the place to go!
