What can I say.. everything of the Spa was terrible. We didn’t stay in the room, we just went for the wellness. We booked the sauna in advance. 20 euro per person. The sauna was turned off, because the hamam and the sauna can’t operate at the same time. We stayed in the (not so warm) pool to wait, but realised that the girl didn’t turn on the sauna for us. We had to wait more. As the sauna was heating up, the girl told us we had 10 minutes left before she had to turn it off to turn on the hamam for someone else. And then it was time to leave already (which also surprised us as they never told us it was only 1 hour). The sauna itself didn’t close completely so the hot air was leaking out the door. There’s also a bright light shining in the sauna, which is not relaxing at all. At the reception we told that we couldn’t use the sauna or the hamam and that we had a terrible experience. The girl at the reception was nice and listened to us. We got a discount but left still with such a bad experience that we had to laugh about it, and left us with a feeling that the place spent a lot of money on appearance, but not on the technology and the professionalism a 5 star hotel requires.

Several things are wrong with this so-called boutique hotel and spa. The offer room with fireplaces – which are an extra charge, of course. No firewood was provided. When we asked, they said they would not have firewood for another two weeks; then they changed the story to a 20 Euro charge for wood; then they showed us how to turn up the wall thermostat (!) And that’s just the beginning The advertised “gym” is a single treadmill. The Hammam was out of order for two days with no apology from the staff. The sauna is small and cramped. There are strange odors, especially in the floor above the sauna/spa facility. The restaurant is cold and uninviting, and the breakfast selection is limited and unimaginative. (Fortunately, there are several excellent restaurants nearby.) The accommodation included breakfast. The chutzpah was charging extra for the coffee with breakfast. There is no mention of a charge for coffee anywhere. They surprise you with the coffee charge at checkout. This hotel website is full of dishonest advertising. Overall, this establishment falls far short of the quality, transparency, and professionalism one should expect from a Boutique hotel & spa. Service: 1

Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την αξιολόγηση, Προφανώς το διάστημα που μας επισκεφθήκατε δεν λειτουργούν τα τζάκια. 28/10/25 είναι η ημερομηνία έναρξης, Τα ξύλα χρεώνονται 20 ευρώ. Καφές υπαρχει δωρεαν στο πρωινο και χωρίς χρέωση. Εσπρεσσο και καπουτσίνο χρεώνονται όπως σε όλα τα ξενοδοχεία παγκοσίως, Στο δωμάτιο σας υπήρχαν δωρεάν κάψουλες εσπρέσσο χωρίς χρέωση κάθε μέρα. Προφανώς και το jacuzzi λειτουργεί καθημερινά αφού μας ενημερώσετε, Για λόγους εξοικονόμησης ενέργειας δεν το αφήνουμε μόνιμα αναμμένο. Έχουμε ένα Διάδρομο σε ξεχωριστή Αίθουσα στο ΣΠΑ του ξενοδοχείο. Δεν είμαστε υποχρεωμένοι να έχουμε Γυμναστήριο με όλα τα ¨Όργανα Γυμναστικής στα Ζαγοροχώρια. Το Πρωινό μας είναι από τα καλύτερα στην περιοχή με Αγνά Υλικά από Τοπικούς Παραγωγούς. Επίσης το Εστιατόριο μας είναι πάρα πολύ ζεστό και δεν σας επιτρέπουμε να γράφετε ανακρίβειες. Όσο για τις μυρωδιές δεν έχουμε να σχολιάσουμε τίποτα, Με εκτίμηση, ΘΕΟΔΩΡΟΣ ΒΑΝΤΩΛΑΣ
