Su genial personal es muy trabajador, tiene siempre una actitud positiva y hace que este sea un lugar estupendo. Su espectacular servicio te hará sentirte especial. Kozan is a culinary experience that saves you a Geneva-Tokyo return ticket. Reserve seats at the bar (very important, I assure you that eating at the table will take away a magical side) and let chef Mashida guide you through his know-how and the culinary culture of his country of origin. His kindness and humility are reflected in his cuisine, which is both simple and elaborate but above all delicate and obviously sensational. Chef Mashida came to offer us Genevans the opportunity to make our taste buds dance. It gives new meaning to the word catering by putting the chef back in the middle of his kitchen without taking up too much space. Apart from Sushi (yes with a capital S), his wife's dishes are delicious, I particularly recommend the tamago, infinitely umami. As for service, in Geneva we suffer from an epidemic of bad service, not friendly, too fast, not communicative... This is partly due to the fact that tipping is not part of our culture and therefore the Waiters don't get a "reward" if they do their job very well. At Kozan you feel like you're in the United States or Canada. The waitresses are smiling and friendly, carry out their jobs surgically, and sell cuisine that they love and admire.
