On busy nights such as Carnival, we are forced to regularly check access to the toilet and keep it free. Therefore, longer conversations in front of the toilet are not possible. If we ask our guests to leave the small room in front of the toilet and they are skeptical and rude towards us, even though they cannot assess the situation, we find this very inappropriate. In addition, the consumption of any substances at or in the club or in the toilet is not tolerated and guests are asked to leave the club. So far none of our guests have had a problem adhering to these rules because they are understandable and sensible. In addition, our security staff always work in work clothes.
