My friend and I fancied a juicy burger, I suggested we go to Krunk. I remembered it from the past and it was pretty good and was excited to go. The food arrived and I noticed straight away that the chips were not hot and was dry, almost stale. Hoping the Juicy Lucy burger will be as I remembered. Unfortunately, it was not. The burger was cold at the top, while the bottom was warm. I noticed the huge slice of tomato, and took it out. I took a small bite of my burger and didn't taste much flavour, the meat was bland and there was hardly any spice. My friend then pointed out a long strand of hair on my burger. I stoped eating immediately and went to the desk to show them. The lady, took one look and offered to do it again. However, by this time, I had lost my appetite and quickly asked for a refund. They obliged and we left disappointed and still hungry. I have to add that, the food quality has dropped significantly in the last few years and it's a shame. Unfortunately, after receiving our food, it was dry and the top of the burger was cold and the bottom half was warm. I then noticed my friends burger had a strand of hair, we were so disappointed. The chips were definitely not freshly made, they were chewy like texture. I've been here before, and the burger was nice and juicy, hot and spicy, the service was great. However this time, everything was dry, including the atmosphere. The strand of hair was our last straw, especially as the hair was wrapped over the burger. Our day was extremely ruined and hadn't eaten for the day again. We also noticed, the lady making the burger didnt have a hair net, which would have prevented this occurrence. She did offer to make a new one, but we didn't have the confidence and from this experience, we wouldn't be back.
