I order today half parmesan with large garlic (that means they send every time 2 garlic dips). I got only one garlic dip means small one. I tell driver this one is small. He said it was large and I know it's not. I call to the shop they send 2 garlic sauces (large garlic) with same driver. He asking 1£ for garlic I sadi why. He asking for extra garlic which I already got one garlic dip previously with parmesan. I said him take one garlic I don't need why because he brings 2 dips. After that he said give money for delivery because he came again which I already pay the delivery charges in the just eat app. I said why I need to pay because it's shops mistake. He uses abusal language (what the fuck). Is it right way to talk customer I'm questioning. I don't know why this shop do the business with this type of delivery drivers. It's ridiculous. After he said, I will call shop they said to pay you have give money or else I will leave. He call to shop they talk each other I don't know what talk but I know that's their mistake not me. He said OK on the phone and leave. I had really bad experience today with this lucianos Pizzeria. I never want to order this shop again and I told my today's experience with my friends, colleagues and neighbours. Before, every one order for delivery please read my review and think about before order a delivery may be you will get a bad experience with delivery drivers. Actually, I leave this matter. But the driver uses abusal language (fuck). That's why I write a review. Food: 3 Order type: Delivery Meal type: Dinner
