Dont go here. Go to Burger King or even McDonald's. They are rude taking your order, taking your money, and giving you your food. Just all around rude. The fries were cold. I asked them for no pickles on my chicken sandwich because I am allergic, they still put it on my sandwiches. When u call or email customer service, they never get back to you. Make it a thing to make this place go out of business. This was the worse experience ever. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Top tier the customer service. All of the staff were really nice. It was swift and efficient. I appreciate the service with a smile. It really made my night! This Krystal’s can be hit or miss BUT I just stopped by 2/22/26 and the Cheese Krystals were made fresh and taste really good. Also I ordered five and I was surprised it came out cheaper than normal. They automatically rung me up for the Krystal Pick 5 and I had no clue they even had that! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10
