Went to the drive thru and got 2 singles and 4 doubles with no cheese and please put the pickles on the side. The employee who gave me my food, which seemed to be an unusually long wait, she said pickles on the side which led me to believe my order was good to go. I never get Krystal's so I didn't know what the sandwiches were supposed to look like. I got the food home to Ozark for my wife and the order was all wrong. I spent 18 bucks for food that ended up in the trash. Won't be eating again here any time soon. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

The heavy dark skin woman with a nose piercing in the drive through shouldn't be working there if she don't like the job. Got my order wrong and had an attitude about instead of making sure she had it right to begin with. Not my fault she can't listen to simple directions. Highly dissatisfied.
