They are bad about having you pull to a parking spot for your food, but usually that’s not a bad thing, as you end up with fresh Krystal’s and fries The only reason I give 3 stars is for how inefficient ordering through the app is. When you do that, you do it for its ease when you pick up your food, but here, they actually make you sign a list (they hand a clipboard to you out the window with a list full of doordasher signatures) to get your food, and that totally defeats the purpose. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

This store has really gone to crap. The staff is rude. And if you try and get modifications on your sliders they will flat out refuse service. The parking lot is in desperate need of repair. The shakes are barely blended. And this location pulls all of the cars and asks them to park and you'll wait 15 minutes plus. You would think your food would be hot after the wait but it's warm at best. My guess is it sits in a counter until someone feels like running it to you. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Had sit for like 25 minutes was told 15 mins women that brought it out was rude . then got to where we was going and they shorten us burgers. This place is far from unprofessional and it unfresh this place needs a health dept review. They tea tasted funny also .
