I ordered three cheeseburgers, no pickles, with ketchup so I know they knew how disgusting These burgers were, I literally could not bite them they were so hard, I went there on my way back to Opelika from Atlanta, so I could not take them back and I am so upset because I was starving and that’s the only burgers I can chew right now :( after having dental surgery. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 2

I don't expect much when I come to Krystal because universally this chain is pretty bad however today was a special sort of hot mess. Got to the speaker and ordered 4 Krystal's with cheese, one no cheese no mustard no pickle add ketchup. The girl had to ask me 5 times what I wanted instead of listening and then keying in the order accordingly. I received my food and all 4 burgers had cheese, all the toppings and all 4 had ketchup. The girl was very rude as well acting like I was bothering her for ordering as she didn't say one word to me at the window. I let her know as much that she was rude and then she finally found her voice and said "what you say to me?" I said "oh now you got something to sayz bravo". Avoid this place at all costs. Sad Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
