Great idea but under-deliver.I loved the array of interesting flavored popcorn, but on my particular visit, the popcorns were soggy.The white cheddar jalapeno got a great spicy kick but not cheesy enough, and the truffle fromage porcini had nice flavor overall, but truffle was a little muted. Maple bacon had nice sweet caramelly flavor but there was too much of it, and over the top.Flavors ideas were great but did not seemed to strike a balance; but first and foremost, the popcorn just needed to be drier and lighter. Right now, it is certainly not living up its premium pricing.
